Flat roofs in Walker

Yes. Walker is well within our service area and we're regularly there — typical response time for non-urgent quotes is 1–2 working days, and same-day for active leaks during the working week.

The full range: EPDM, GRP fibreglass, torch-on felt, leak diagnosis and repair, full re-roofs, skylight installs and commercial work. In Walker specifically we see a lot of Edwardian and inter-war housing in the older parts — so the most common jobs are repairs and replacements on those property types.

We don't publish prices because every flat roof job is different — the size, the system, the access and the existing condition all affect the figure. What we promise is that every quote we write is fixed-price, fully itemised (materials, labour, scaffold, disposal all broken out), and free. Ring us with a brief description and we'll often give you a ballpark over the phone before booking a survey.

Active leaks in Walker are normally seen the same working day — usually within 60–90 minutes from the call, depending on traffic. We treat anything water-into-room as priority and respond accordingly.

There's no single defining issue for this area — work splits roughly evenly between leak repairs on tired existing roofs and full replacements on properties where the original flat roof has reached end of life. The age and type of the housing stock means most jobs are domestic in scale.
